Biennially, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission presents a report to the public about the provision of services at state supported living centers.

The annual Kidney Health Care Program Report provides a description of benefits to eligible clients with end-stage renal disease and a discussion of expenditures and drug manufacturers rebates in fiscal year 2024.

This biennial report was created by the council members of the Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Advisory Council and includes recommendations to the 88th Texas Legislature on various policy issues.
