To serve as a mass allotment change notification letter for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Combined Application Project (SNAP-CAP) recipients.

SNAP-CAP allotments may be subject to change during cost of living adjustments or other events.

Texas Health and Human Services Commission state office automatically sends recipients this notice with information on the amount of allotment increases or decreases, the effective date of change, where to call if the person has questions and the right to appeal.
