The Directed Payment Program for Behavioral Health Services is one of four directed payment programs HHSC has submitted for CMS approval as part of the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Transition Plan.

The Mental Health and Substance Abuse Public Reporting System collects and displays performance and outcome measures for Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) – funded mental health and substance use services. The data is intended to be available for public viewing and to elicit public input into the desired mental health and substance use data elements.
