The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed quality metrics and associated performance requirements for the Quality Incentive Payment Program (QIPP) for nursing facilities for state fiscal year 2024.

HHSC has published two lists of Nursing Facilities (NFs) that have not yet met the conditions of participation (CoPs) in the SFY2022 program year.

Nursing facilities (NF) participating in the Quality Incentive Payment Program (QIPP) are required to submit ongoing performance improvement project (PIP) updates each month as conditions of participation for program Components One and Two.
