The online fee payment system for Administrator Licensing has been halted until further notice due to IT related issues. IT is aware of the situation and is working to get it resolved.

On Aug. 5, Child Care Regulation (CCR) will update the Online Provider Website.

This notice is for program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs), who are onboarding with the new EVV vendor, HHAeXchange.

The Atypical Provider Identifier (API) Interface can be used to exchange data from third-party software vendors to the new EVV vendor, HHAeXchange.

HHSC has posted an advanced notice of new and revised policies that will be added to the Electronic Visit Verification Policy Handbook, effective Oct. 1.

Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) updated the Electronic Visit Verification Portal and added training materials on July 13.

HHSC has communicated the transition deadline of Oct. 1, 2023, and other changes related to the new, single and state-funded Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) vendor system, the HHAeXchange Portal.

These trainings are for registered nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists that collect OASIS Data.

HHSC adopted rules in Chapter 748, Minimum Standards for General Residential Operations. The rules are effective Aug. 9.

HHSC has implemented a compliance grace period from July 1 to Dec. 31 for all program providers, financial management services agencies (FMSAs) and Consumer Directed Services (CDS) employers.

HHSC is updating the current alternative device policy for program providers and FMSAs, who use the new State EVV vendor HHAeXchange as their EVV system.
