HHSC has updated two lists of nursing facilities that have not met the initial conditions of participation for the Quality Incentive Payment Program state fiscal year (SFY) 2024 program year.

HHSC has posted the new and revised policies for using the mobile method, effective April 1, 2024, that will be added to the Electronic Visit Verification Policy Handbook in an upcoming revision.

As a reminder, beginning April 1, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) visit transactions with dates of service on or after April 1, 2024, will receive new visit transaction rejection codes, if the EVV Aggregator receives incomplete or incorrect data.
