IL 2022-31 is for providers to prepare for the Aug. 31 end of fiscal year closeout.

HHSC invites members of the public, including people receiving Medicaid HCBS and their families, providers and other stakeholders to submit comments on the updated rules by June 13, 2022.

All providers delivering community-based attendant care are now included in HHSC’s proposed fee schedule. 

HHSC will hold a hybrid public forum to present updates on the Healthy Texas Women 1115 demonstration and receive public comment.

The Long-Term Care Online Portal will be unavailable due to system maintenance. This begins Wednesday, April 6 at 9 p.m. and is through Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
