Home Delivered Meals provides nutritious noontime meals delivered to people in their homes on a scheduled basis. Meals may also be delivered to a location other than an individual's home, provided the location is within the provider's service area and is approved by the case worker. HHSC is hosting Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) policy training webinars for program providers, financial management services agencies (FMSAs) and Consumer Directed Services (CDS) employers to complete the EVV policy training requirement.

HHSC sent a GovDelivery notice on Sept. 13 for the new and revised Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) alternative device policy. This notice is to correct what was previously posted.

To remain compliant with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements, program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) transitioning to HHAeXchange or who have recently enrolled to provide personal care services (PCS), must complete onboarding and system user training before Oct. 1.
