HHSC has extended the start date when Electronic Visit Verification claims for Home and Community-based Services and Texas Home Living will deny for no matching EVV visit.

On Friday, HHSC published a notice announcing a power outage that affected the processing of Electronic Visit Verification visit transactions. The Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership has now processed all impacted visit transactions successfully. All processing is back to normal.
