The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) accepts applications from prospective providers through its open enrollment procurement process to contract for the Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) Medicaid waiver program. Under the open enrollment process, contracts are awarded on a noncompetitive basis to eligible applicants meeting the qualifications and other requirements established by HHS. There is no end date or dollar amount associated with the contracts awarded through this solicitation.
