Information for Texas Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP) Providers

Home Delivered Meals provides nutritious noontime meals delivered to people in their homes on a scheduled basis. Meals may also be delivered to a location other than an individual's home, provided the location is within the provider's service area and is approved by the case worker. HHAeXchange is hosting an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Town Hall Webinar on Thursday, April 25, from 1–3 p.m. Central time for program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) who use HHAeXchange as their EVV system.

HHSC has posted the new and revised policies for using the mobile method, effective April 1, 2024, that will be added to the Electronic Visit Verification Policy Handbook in an upcoming revision.

As a reminder, beginning April 1, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) visit transactions with dates of service on or after April 1, 2024, will receive new visit transaction rejection codes, if the EVV Aggregator receives incomplete or incorrect data.
