This notice is to inform Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSAs) that Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Policy is working to correct a formula within the revised TxHmL Budget Workbook which may impact the budget calculations. CDS Policy will send a notice once the revisions have been completed.

HHSC reminds HCS program providers that HHSC, with the assistance of Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP), is conducting on-site assessments of 3-person residences, 4-person residences, and Host Home/Companion Care (HH/CC) settings to ensure compliance with the federal HCBS Settings Rule.
