Notice for LTC Providers on revised guidance for COVID-19 flexibility for RN services provided by Telehealth.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, flexibilities were put in place to allow nursing assessments to be provided by telehealth (synchronous audio-visual technology).

Effective May 1, 2022, HHSC will transition certain COVID-19 flexibilities to interim guidance in accordance with House Bill (H.B.) 4 (87th Legislature, Regular Session, 2021).
