Medicaid and CHIP Services (MCS) is hosting monthly meetings for Providers and Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSAs) who use the Long-Term Care (LTC) Online Portal for the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) waiver programs.

HHSC has adopted rules in the Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) Program, effective Jan. 30, 2023.

This notice is to inform Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSAs) that the Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Budget Workbook has been updated to include payment rates for Individualized Skills and Socialization services under the Consumer Directed Services (CDS) option.
