Long-Term Care Regulation staff and program providers are invited to attend the following in-person classes hosted in September.

Program providers and financial management services agencies who will use the new State EVV vendor, HHAeXchange, are allocated free alternative devices up to 7.5% of the program providers or FMSAs member census.

To remain compliant with EVV requirements, program providers and financial management services agencies transitioning to HHAeXchange or who have recently enrolled to provide personal care services, must complete onboarding and system user training before Oct. 1.

Payers conduct EVV compliance reviews to ensure program providers, Consumer Directed Services (CDS) employers, and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) are in compliance with EVV requirements and policies.
