Following the repeal of the Assisted Living Facility COVID-19 Emergency Rules, HHSC Long-term Care Regulation (LTCR) has retired the COVID-19 Response Plan for ALFs and the ALF Frequently Asked Questions document, effective Jan. 10, 2023.
