The level of need may be increased to the next higher level of need if supported by the documents.

HHSC Long-term Care Regulation will be providing a one-day, in-person training event for current and potential Individualized Skills and Socialization Providers on Monday, April 3. Training will take place in the Public Hearing Room at the John H. Winters Building in Austin, Texas.

This training is for registered nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists who collect OASIS data.
