Organizations must submit invoices and receipts for completed projects to be reimbursed for expenses incurred pertaining to the project.

Each month, HHSC requires nursing facilities who participate in the Medicaid program to report census on occupied Medicaid bed days, census of the licensed beds and children under the age 22.

The Minimum Data Set is a standardized collection of demographic and clinical information that describes a person's overall condition. All licensed nursing facilities in Texas are required to submit MDS assessments for all residents admitted into their facility. The current version is MDS 3.0.
