WIC Full Disclosure Report
Instructions for Retrieving the Full Disclosure Report
The Texas WIC Program provides the ability for vendors to access each month a Full Disclosure Report on their store(s) redemptions of WIC EBT transactions. The report details by UPC all food items redeemed by a store for a process month, noting whether the food item was adjusted for cost containment purposes.
To request access to the monthly Full Disclosure Report, an authorized representative of the WIC authorized vendor should email WIC Cost Containment. Once the requestor is verified, we will issue a user ID and password so the vendor can access their own monthly Full Disclosure Report from their electronic system.
Once a vendor accesses their information on the report, if assistance is needed, please call 800-252-9629 or email WIC Cost Containment.
Download the Retrieving Full Disclosure Cost Containment Report Data (PDF) in order to retrieve report data that is formatted in an Excel spreadsheet.
