Texas State Service Desk
Texas State Service Desk (TSSD) provides application and hardware support, problem resolution, testing and training for WIC State Staff and WIC Local Agencies. Support is performed via phone and remote access software (Quick Assist, Bomgar, Teams). Our application support includes TXIN, Sandbox, Acquire and Qualtrics. Our hardware support includes card reader/writer and signature pad.
