BCCS Client Eligibility

You may qualify for breast or cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services if you:

• Are a Texas resident;
• Are a woman age 18 or over;
• Have a household income at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines; and
• Do not have health insurance or are underinsured.

High priority populations most at risk for developing breast or cervical cancer are as follows:

• Breast cancer: Ages 50-64 years
• Cervical cancer: Ages 21-64 years

You may qualify for MBCC if you meet all the following criteria:

• Have been diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer
• Need treatment for a breast or cervical cancer
• Live in Texas
• Are a U.S. citizen or eligible immigrant
• Are age 18-64 years
• Do not have health insurance
• Have a household income at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
