You may qualify for breast or cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services if you:
- Are a Texas resident;
- Are a woman age 18 or over;
- Have a household income at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines; and
- Do not have health insurance or are underinsured.
High priority populations most at risk for developing breast or cervical cancer are as follows:
- Breast cancer: Ages 50-64 years
- Cervical cancer: Ages 21-64 years
You may qualify for MBCC if you meet all the following criteria:
- Have been diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer
- Need treatment for a breast or cervical cancer
- Live in Texas
- Are a U.S. citizen or eligible immigrant
- Are age 18-64 years
- Do not have health insurance
- Have a household income at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
