Effective Jan. 1, 2023, the Comprehensive Immunosuppressive Drug Coverage for Kidney Transplant Patients Act will provide lifetime Medicare coverage of immunosuppressant drugs (ISDs) for kidney transplant recipients who are eligible for Medicare. How to Become a Provider
Providers can enroll with KHC through the Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS). Visit the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Provider Enrollment website for more information on the enrollment process. Please note that the Texas Identification Number (TIN) Application - Form 4109 will need to be submitted as an attachment in PEMS to fully enroll.
