Hemophilia Assistance Program Providers

The Hemophilia Assistance Program (HAP) helps Texans with hemophilia cover their treatment costs. Assistance is provided with blood factor replacement products or health insurance premium reimbursement. A HAP client may receive blood factor replacement or health insurance premium assistance in the same year but cannot receive both at the same time.
