May 28 Home and Community Support Services Agencies Survey Process In-Person Training

The goal of this course is to give HCSSA providers a detailed overview of what to expect during the survey process.

The course addresses provider responsibilities and expectations during the survey and surveyor review of key documents (such as, client records and personnel files). The course also reviews key systems, such as QAPI and emergency preparedness. This course includes written exercises and role-playing activities.

No CEs are offered for this training, but a certificate of attendance will be provided to all participants who meet attendance requirements, which can go towards administrator clock hours.
