HHSC Adopts Amended and New Rules for Administrator’s Licensing

HHSC is adopting rules in Chapter 745, Licensing. The rules are effective Feb. 12.

Visit the Child Care Regulation Minimum Standards webpage to review highlighted copies of the adopted rules in Chapters 745 that show the changes from previous rules. These rules will be posted by Feb. 12.

Visit the Texas Register to review a summary of comments HHSC received during the formal public comment period and HHSC’s response to the public comments, including whether HHSC made any changes to the rules.
