HHSC Adopts Amended Child Care Rules for Provider Investigations in Residential Child Care

HHSC adopted amended rules in Title 26, Chapters 745, 748 and 749. The rules concern HHSC Provider Investigations.

The rules are effective Dec. 22, 2024.
