HHSC Adopts New Child Care Rules for Child Care Center Interim Director

HHSC is adopting the following new and amended rules regarding child care center interim director in Chapter 746, Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers.

The rules are effective Dec. 15.

Child Care Regulation is updating the Chapter 746 minimum standards publications and will complete the updates by Dec. 15.
