The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has published proposed rule changes in the Texas Register in Chapter 746, Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers.
The public comment period for this rule project is July 19 through Aug. 19. Go to the Texas Register to see the proposed changes.
Send your comments on the proposed rule changes by Aug. 19 to Child Care Regulation by one of two methods:
