Informal Public Comment Period for Kinship Specific Verifications and Adoptive Parent Age Requirements

Child Care Regulation (CCR) invites you to review and provide comments on the potential rule changes from May 20 through June 4 in:

Chapter 745, Licensing
Chapter 749, Minimum Standards for Child-Placing Agencies.

This is an informal opportunity to provide your feedback on the drafted rules early in the rule development process. CCR uses feedback to determine what (if any) changes need to be made before the rules are proposed and published in the Texas Register for formal public comment.
