Public Comment Period for Water Safety in Licensed and Registered Child Day Care Operations

HHSC has published proposed rule changes for the chapters below in the following pages of the Texas Register:

• Chapter 744, Minimum Standards for School-Age and Before or After-School Programs.
• Chapter 746, Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers.
• Chapter 747, Minimum Standards for Child-Care Homes.

The public comment period for this rule project is April 26 through May 28.
