Informal Comments on Draft Rules for PPECC Due Dec. 22

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is accepting informal comments from stakeholders on the draft rules for Title 26, Chapter 550, concerning Pediatric Extended Care Center requirements.

The draft rules are posted on the HHS Rulemaking comment page. Once there, scroll down and click on the link labeled Title 26, Chapter 550, concerning Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center.

The informal comment period ends Dec. 22, 2023. Comments can be emailed to HHSC Long-Term Care Regulation Rules.
