Nursing Facility Change of Ownership Quarterly Report Now Available

HHSC has published a new nursing facility (NF) Change of Ownership (CHOW) Report that provides a breakdown of licensing and contracting processing times, and the average time for licensing to complete an initial review.

The report also provides data on the number of pending CHOWs, and the number completed in the past four quarters.
