Informal Public Comment Period for Water Safety in Licensed and Registered Child Day Care Operations

Child Care Regulation (CCR) invites you to review and provide comments on the potential rule changes from Nov. 1 through Nov. 15 in:

Chapter 744, Minimum Standards for School-Age and Before or After-School Programs.
Chapter 746, Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers.
Chapter 747, Minimum Standards for Child-Care Homes.

This is an informal opportunity to provide your feedback on the drafted rules early in the rule development process. CCR uses feedback to determine what (if any) changes need to be made before the rules are proposed and published in the Texas Register for formal public comment.
