Transition to Individualized Skills and Socialization Survey

HHSC implemented individualized skills and socialization services in the Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Medicaid 1915(c) waiver programs, effective Jan. 1, 2023. HHSC is requesting feedback from HCS and TxHmL program providers on the impact this change has had on individuals receiving services.
