The Early Childhood Intervention program is seeking public comment on the yearly application for funding under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part C. The funding application will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs. HHSC will be taking public comment for 30 days, from March 17 through April 16, 2023.
