On Friday, HHSC published a notice announcing a power outage that affected the processing of Electronic Visit Verification visit transactions. The dates affected were Feb. 2 and Feb. 3.
The Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership has processed all impacted visit transactions successfully. All processing is back to normal.
As a reminder, program providers, financial management services agencies and Proprietary System Operators must verify EVV visit transactions are successfully processed in the EVV Aggregator before submitting associated claims.
