HHSC Publishes Revised Quality Metrics for QIPP SYF2024

HHSC conducted an online public hearing in December 2022. The public was invited to comment on the proposed quality metrics for Quality Incentive Payment Program Year Seven (SFY2024). A recording of this public hearing is available here.

One stakeholder comment was received. Upon due consideration, HHSC is not making any changes to the proposal for SFY2024. The proposed metrics and performance requirements (below) will be submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for federal approval of the program, pursuant to 42 C.F.R. Section 438.6(c) Preprint review.
