Electronic Visit Verification Visit Transactions Processing Delay

Due to recent weather, a power outage affected the processing of Electronic Visit Verification visit transactions.

As a reminder, program providers, financial management services agencies and Proprietary System Operators must verify EVV visit transactions are successfully processed in the EVV Aggregator before submitting associated claims.

HHSC will provide an update when processing is back to normal.
