The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed quality metrics and associated performance requirements for the Quality Incentive Payment Program (QIPP) for nursing facilities for state fiscal year 2024. In accordance with 1 T.A.C. §353.1304, the draft Quality Metrics for QIPP are available on the QIPP webpage.

Interested individuals may provide oral comments by attending this public hearing either in-person or online.
- In-person Public Comments: members of the public may attend the public hearing in person in Room 1.401 of the HHSC North Austin Complex (NAC) located at 4601 West Guadalupe Street, Austin, Texas, 78751. Entry is through security at the main entrance of the building. Parking is available in the visitor’s lot. Members of the public may provide oral comments in person by completing a form at the entrance to the meeting room.
