Adopted Amendments to Program Rules for School Health and Related Services

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) adopts amendments to:

• Title 1, Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §354.1341, concerning Benefits and Limitations; and
• Title 1, Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §354.1342, concerning Conditions for Participation for the School Health and Related Services (SHARS) program.

The amendments to §354.1341 and §354.1342 are adopted without changes to the proposed text as published in the Aug. 5, 2022, issue of the Texas Register (47 TexReg 4607). These rules will not be republished.

The adopted amendments will be published in the Nov. 18, 2022, issue of the Texas Register with an effective date of Nov. 27, 2022.
