Deadline for Comments on HHS Proposed Rules Due Sept. 12

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is accepting comments from stakeholders on the following proposed individualized skills and socialization rules, which are now posted in the Texas Register. The comment period ends Sept. 12, 2022.

  • Texas Administrative Code, Title 26, Part 1, new Chapter 260, Subchapter I, Sections 260.501, 260.503, 260.505, 260.507, 260.509, 260.511, 260.513, 260.515, 260.517, concerning Individualized Skills and Socialization. Comments can be emailed to HHS Rules Coordination Office.

Public Hearing

A public hearing to receive comments on the HCS, TxHmL, and DBMD proposed individualized skills and socialization draft rules will be held via GoToWebinar on Sept. 7, 2022, from 8 a.m. to noon CDT.
