Child Care Regulation identified a communication error with our background check system and IdentoGo, the state’s fingerprinting vendor. This affected many background checks submitted by the CCR Account on April 5, 2022. The affected background check submissions were not received by IdentoGo. Notifications were sent to the applicants. These did not contain the required Universal Enrollment ID.
CCR is working with the vendor to correct this known issue. Once there is a resolution, the affected background check subjects will receive updated notifications. The update will include the required UEID and instructions for scheduling their fingerprinting appointment.
Do not inactivate or resubmit background checks for these applicants. It may delay the background check process or create more errors.
