HHSC has approved IL 2022-01 payment rates for CLASS Respite Attendant Services, effective Jan. 1.
HHSC implements these rates for personal attendant services by increasing the personal attendant base wage to $8.11, under the 2020–21 General Appropriations Act, House Bill 1, 86th Legislature, Regular Session, 2019 (Article II, HHSC, Rider 45).
