HHSC is accepting informal comments from stakeholders for assisted living facility and nursing facility draft rules, which are now posted on the HHSC Rulemaking webpage. The comment period ends Jan. 26.
This project implements several bills from the 87th Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 2021. This rule project will also update rule references, agency names and edit the rules for clarity and consistency.
