HHSC Long-term Care Regulation has published a revised nursing facility COVID-19 Visitation Emergency Rule (PDF). It became effective November 28, 2021.
The revised rule requires certified and licensed-only NFs to follow CMS guidance regarding visitation during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
