Deadline for Informal Comments on HHS Draft Rules Due Nov. 9

Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) is accepting comments from stakeholders on the following draft rules. The comment period ends November 9, 2021.

  • Texas Administrative Code, Title 26, Part 1, Chapter 556, Nurse Aides. Comments can be emailed to LTCR Policy and Rules.
