HHSC Long-term Care Regulation has published COVID-19 Vaccine Billing Frequently Asked Questions (PDF).
This guidance is for facilities that enrolled with the Department of State Health Services to be a vaccine provider.
This FAQ document is not applicable to facilities that were vaccinated via a pharmacy or other health care institution, or for facilities that received vaccines through the CDC’s Pharmacy Partnership for Long-term Care Program.
