AUSTIN – Texas Health and Human Services is inviting qualified jobseekers to learn more about a career in serving fellow Texans during a hiring event on Thursday, April 6.

HHS is looking to fill more than 150 positions across nine program areas, including the Office of the Inspector General; Business Support; Austin State Supported Living Center; Austin State Hospital; Child Care Regulation and Long-Term Care Regulation; Medicaid and Policy; Department of State Health Services; Access and Eligibility Services; and Disability Determination Services. These positions range from entry level to more experienced professionals.

“At Texas Health and Human Services, our goal is to serve the people of Texas. Those who work for HHS help provide support to those who need it most each and every day,” said Melanie Crecelius, Human Resources Employee Engagement Director for HHSC. “We’re looking for dedicated people who want to make a positive difference in a rewarding career.”
