Unless otherwise noted, no shows may be billed for one half hour of direct service or, if there is no hourly rate, a flat rate of $30.00 will be paid provided the contract service provider meets the following three conditions.
- The provider must contact the consumer to confirm the appointment within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- The provider must wait for the consumer for 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the provider must notify the consumer's counselor or case manager that the consumer failed to keep the confirmed appointment.
