Successful Collateral Call
Document the details of the collateral call to the out-of-state agency contact. Include the person’s name, phone number and other relevant information in the mandatory text box populated in the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) Individual – Individual Information logical unit of work (LUW).
Unsuccessful Collateral Call(s)
Document the details of any unsuccessful collateral call attempts in the case record.
